Credits are what you spend to make things. An image is 2 credits and an 8-second Good video is 30. Something that fails costs nothing, and your daily messages to Alfred are free.
Plan credits reset each billing period and don't carry over. On a yearly plan you get a month's credits at a time, and they reset the same way. Top-ups last 90 days and free credits last 30 days. We use your plan credits first, then whichever credits expire soonest.
On a paid plan, top up any time: 100 credits for $10, 275 for $25 or 600 for $50. Or move up a plan.
Yes, up to your plan's messages a day: 10 on Free, 25 on Starter, 50 on Pro and 75 on Business. After that, a message uses a credit or two, and the free ones come back the next day.
Yes, any time on your Billing page. If you cancel, your plan and its credits stay until the end of the period you paid for. Top-ups keep their 90 days.
