Terms of service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Premium P.I.H Holdings Ltd (company no. 520040403, Israel), which runs lukat.me (“lukat.me”, “we”, “us”). They cover lukat.me, user.lukat.me, Alfred our AI assistant (on the site and on WhatsApp), and everything we make for you. Our Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms, and so are the Billboards terms if you use Billboards.

By ticking the box when you join, or by using lukat.me, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use lukat.me.

1. Who can use lukat.me

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use lukat.me for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to bind it, and “you” includes that business.
Give accurate details and keep them current. One person per account: don’t share your sign-in, sell or transfer your account, or open several accounts to collect free credits, offers or codes.
You’re responsible for everything done through your account, including what Alfred does after you approve it, until you tell us your account was misused.
If we closed your account for breaking these terms, don’t open a new one.

2. What lukat.me does, and what AI can’t promise

lukat.me uses AI to make pictures, videos, captions and ads from what you give it, and can post them to the social accounts you connect. We use AI models from other companies, and we may change, add or retire models and features at any time.
lukat.me makes new, original content from the materials you own. It does not supply or license anyone else’s music, footage, photos, artwork, characters or posts, and it is not a tool for downloading, reposting, remaking or recreating content that belongs to someone else.
AI output can be wrong, odd, or similar to what others get. It isn’t unique to you, it isn’t checked for anyone’s rights, and it isn’t professional, medical, legal or financial advice. We don’t promise views, sales or any result.
We may refuse to make or post something, add limits, or pause a feature when we think it breaks these terms, the law or a platform’s rules.

3. Your content and the people in it

“Your content” is everything you give lukat.me: photos, videos, voice, words, logos, product details, links and the pages you ask us to read. You keep ownership of it. Because AI can put real people, brands and creative works into new content, you make these promises, every time you upload or ask for something:

You have the rights. You own your content or have a written licence to use it this way (with AI, in ads, on social media, commercially), including any music, footage, artwork, characters, fonts, trademarks and other people’s posts in it.
Only material you may use. Unless you have the right to use it, you won’t upload, link to or submit anyone else’s videos, ads, posts, photos, music or other works, including links to other people’s content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or any other site, and you won’t ask lukat.me to reproduce, recreate, remake, copy or imitate a specific existing work. The Copyright Policy explains what is and isn’t allowed.
What Alfred finds for you is your responsibility. When you ask, Alfred can look for material for you, such as YouTube videos, pictures from the web, your Google Photos, and Google Maps, Street View or Google Places. Finding something gives you no rights to it. You decide whether to use it, and you alone are responsible for that: for having the rights and consents, for following the rules of the service it came from, and for any credit those rules require. We don’t check any of this for you.
Everyone in it agreed. For every identifiable person in your content (including you), you have their consent to use their face, body, voice and name to make AI content and publish it, in writing where the law requires, and you gave them any notice the law requires. You’ll show us that consent if we ask.
Children only with a parent’s consent. You may include a person under 18 only if you’re their parent or legal guardian, or you have the written consent of one, and only in content that is suitable for children. Sexual, violent, humiliating or exploitative content involving a minor, real or AI-made, is forbidden and we report it.
It’s lawful. Your content and what you ask for follow the law and our Acceptable Use Policy, and don’t break anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or right of publicity.
Nobody else is owed anything. We won’t owe anyone royalties, fees or payments because of your content.

You’re solely responsible for your content and for what you make and publish with lukat.me. We don’t check rights or consents for you.

4. The licence you give us

You let us store, copy, edit, process and show your content, and send it to the service providers that work for us (such as AI model providers), worldwide and without payment, only to run lukat.me for you: to make what you ask, keep it in your account, post it where you tell us and show you results.
If “Improve lukat.me for everyone” is on (Preferences on user.lukat.me, where you can turn it off), you also let us use your content to improve lukat.me and train its AI, as the Privacy Policy explains. We never use a presenter you made, or the face or voice of anyone in your content, to make anything for another customer.
This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups until they cycle out, content already published at your request, and what we must keep by law.

5. What you make

As between you and us, what lukat.me makes for you is yours to use, including commercially, as long as you follow these terms. Your rights in it stay after you leave. Other people may own rights in things inside it (a song, a trademark, a person’s likeness), and those are yours to clear.
Review everything before you publish it. You’re responsible for what you publish and for checking it’s accurate and lawful.
Say it’s AI. Never present AI-made content as real footage of real events, or as made by a human, and label it wherever the law or a platform requires. We mark posts as AI-generated where the platform allows; don’t remove those labels or any other markings.

6. Posting to your social accounts

When you connect Instagram, Facebook or TikTok you let us publish to them and read what’s needed to report results. We post only what you approved, scheduled or set to post automatically. You’re the publisher of every post.
Each platform’s rules apply to you, including its rules on ads and AI content. We’re not responsible for what a platform does: removing posts, limiting reach, suspending accounts, changing its features or cutting our access.
You can disconnect an account at any time on lukat.me or in the platform’s settings.

7. Alfred and WhatsApp

Alfred is an AI assistant. He suggests and prepares work, and nothing that costs credits, publishes or spends money runs until you approve it (or until you turn on something that runs by itself, like automatic posting).
On WhatsApp, Meta’s WhatsApp terms also apply. We keep your conversation with Alfred to do the work and remember your preferences.

8. Credits, plans and payments

Making things uses credits. Each piece shows its price in credits before it’s made, and something that fails costs nothing. Scheduling and posting don’t use credits. Messages to Alfred are free up to your plan’s daily number; past that, each one uses credits, shown on your Billing page.
Credits come with a plan (every month), as a top-up, or as a gift or code. They have no cash value and can’t be transferred or sold. Plan credits end with each billing period and don’t carry over (on a yearly plan, you get a month’s credits at a time and they end the same way). Top-up credits last 90 days from purchase and are only sold to members on a plan. Free credits last 30 days, and other gifts and codes last for the time we tell you when you get them. We use plan credits first, then whichever credits expire soonest. If we close your account for breaking these terms, its credits are lost.
Payments are processed by Hyp and Max. You buy from Premium P.I.H Holdings Ltd, not from them. Hyp and Max process your card, and we never see or keep your card number. We send your invoice or receipt, handle refunds and customer service, and add VAT where the law requires.
Plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time on your Billing page (user.lukat.me/billing): your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and isn’t renewed. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change, and it applies from your next renewal.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy and the consumer law that applies to you. Welcome offers, discounts and codes are one per person, have no cash value, can end, and are removed if they’re abused.

9. Acceptable use

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Don’t copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload lukat.me, get around its limits or safety checks, resell it, or use it or what it makes to build a competing AI service.

10. Copyright, intellectual property and likeness

You must respect the copyright, trademarks and other rights of others. Our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy is part of these terms and lists what is prohibited.
We may review content and requests, and refuse, block or delete anything we believe infringes or may infringe someone’s rights, without notice and without refunding the credits used.
If you believe something made, stored or posted with lukat.me uses your work, your trademark, or your face, voice or name without permission (whether or not you have an account), send a notice to legal@lukat.me as the Copyright Policy describes. We acknowledge notices within 2 business days and remove infringing content promptly (intimate or sexual content and content of minors within 48 hours). If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice.
When we’re told to remove something, the user who made it must also stop using it and delete it from wherever they published it.
Repeat infringers lose their account. A first valid notice brings a warning, a second within 12 months a suspension, and a third, or any deliberate or serious infringement, permanent closure without refund.

11. Suspension and ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account (see data deletion). Deleting your account doesn’t refund a plan you already paid for, so cancel it first if you don’t want it to renew.
We may suspend or close an account, remove content, and refuse service if you break these terms or the law, if a platform or authority requires it, or to protect people. For serious breaches (content sexualising anyone or involving minors, using a person’s likeness without consent, impersonation, fraud, deliberate copyright or trademark infringement, or repeat infringement) we may act immediately and without refund, and we may report it to the authorities.
If we close lukat.me or your account without you having broken these terms, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

12. No warranties

lukat.me is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that its output will be accurate, original, lawful to use or acceptable to any platform.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue, data, reach or reputation, or for what platforms, AI providers or other third parties do. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 6 months before it arose and US$100. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence.

14. Your responsibility to us

You’ll compensate and defend lukat.me, its owners and its people against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your content, what you make or publish, your use of lukat.me, or your breaking these terms, the law or anyone’s rights.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll tell you before important changes take effect, and you’ll be asked to accept the new version before making anything more. If you don’t accept, you can stop using lukat.me and cancel your plan.

16. Law and courts

Israeli law governs these terms, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.

17. General

These terms are the whole agreement between us about lukat.me. If a part can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. We may transfer this agreement as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business; you may not transfer it without our written agreement. If we don’t enforce something right away, we haven’t given it up. Notices to you go to your email or WhatsApp; notices to us go to legal@lukat.me.

Improving lukat.me

With “Improve lukat.me for everyone” on (Preferences › Data controls), you let us use what you make and send on lukat.me to improve the service and train the AI behind it, as the Privacy Policy explains. You can turn it off at any time.
