Acceptable use policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you upload, ask for, make, publish or advertise with lukat.me, on the site and on WhatsApp, and to the AI output as much as to your own content. If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, don’t make it, or ask us first.

Real people

Don’t use anyone’s face, body, voice or name without their consent, and never against their wishes. You’re responsible for having that consent (see the Terms).
Don’t impersonate anyone, or make content that makes it look like a real person said, did or endorsed something they didn’t.
Don’t use public figures (celebrities, politicians, athletes, influencers, journalists) in a way that suggests they endorse you, appear in your ad, or said or did something.
No content that sexualises, humiliates, harasses or bullies a real person, and no intimate images of anyone without their consent.
Don’t share other people’s private information (addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, health or financial details) or use lukat.me to identify or track people.

Children

Nothing that sexualises, exploits, endangers or targets minors, real or AI-made, ever. We report it to the authorities.
A person under 18 may appear only with their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent and only in content suitable for children. Don’t use a child to advertise products that are not for children.

Copyright, brands and other people’s work

Use only content you own or have a written licence for. Our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy sets out the rules in full; in short:

Unless you have the right to use them, don’t upload, link to or submit anyone else’s videos, ads, posts, photos, music, sound recordings, films, TV, games, artwork, characters or fonts, including links to other people’s content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or any other site.
Don’t ask lukat.me to reproduce, recreate, remake, copy or imitate a specific existing ad, video, post, scene, song, character or artwork, or to make anything that could be mistaken for it.
Don’t use other companies’ names, logos, trademarks, slogans, products or packaging without written permission, or in a way that suggests a connection or confuses customers.
Don’t remove or hide watermarks, credits, copyright notices or AI-content labels.
Infringing content is removed, and repeat infringers lose their account (see the repeat infringer policy).

Honest advertising

No fake reviews, testimonials or customer stories, and no AI people presented as real customers.
No false or misleading claims about your products, prices, discounts or results, and no fake scarcity, countdowns or “as seen on” claims.
No health, medical, weight-loss, cosmetic-result or financial-return claims you can’t prove, and none that need a licence you don’t have.
No fake engagement: fake followers, comments, likes or reviews, spam or misleading messages.
Never pass AI-made content off as real footage of real events or as human-made; label it where the law or a platform requires.

Not allowed at all

Sexually explicit or pornographic content, and adult services.
Hate, harassment, threats or discrimination against people or groups; violence, terrorism or violent extremism; self-harm or eating-disorder promotion.
Political campaigns and political ads, election materials and lobbying.
Weapons, drugs, tobacco and vaping, gambling, payday loans, get-rich-quick schemes, unregistered financial products and crypto schemes, counterfeit goods, and anything else that is illegal where it’s sold or shown.
Misinformation or manipulated media meant to deceive, scams, phishing and fraud.
Anything that breaks the rules of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp or another platform you publish to.

Using lukat.me fairly

No scraping, bots, reverse-engineering, attacks or overloading, and no getting around limits, safety checks or AI-content labels.
No several accounts to collect free credits, welcome offers or codes, and no reselling lukat.me or its credits.
Don’t use lukat.me or its output to build or train a competing AI service.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may refuse a request, remove content, take down posts we published for you, take back credits from offers that were abused, suspend or close the account without refund, and report illegal content to the authorities, as the Terms explain. To report content made with lukat.me, including use of your likeness, email legal@lukat.me.
