Billboards privacy notice

Draft for testing. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and Billboards is not open to page owners.

This notice explains what lukat.me collects and shares when you list a page in Billboards. It adds to the lukat.me privacy policy. Version 2026-10-25.8.

What we collect

Your listing: formats and prices, posting days and hours, limits, guidelines, approval choice and keep-up period.
Your acceptances: which document and version you accepted, the date and time, your IP address and your browser. We keep these as proof of your consent.
The page's connected accounts and public details: handle, account type, follower count and post results.
A daily check of each sponsored post: whether it is still up and still labelled.
Bookings: which advertiser booked, the ad, the price, your decision and when.
For a real person's page: the photos, video and voice used to make their digital twin, used only for that page's content and the bookings it accepts.

What advertisers see

While your page is listed, advertisers browsing Billboards see the page's handle, its public profile details and audience figures, the formats and prices you offer, and when it has free slots. They never see your email, your other pages, or your guidelines in full.

Sharing campaign results

When you list a page, you agree that the link to each sponsored post you accept and its results on your page (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves) are shared with that post's advertiser, for that campaign only; each accepted booking records this. In the same way, the advertiser agrees when sending each campaign that its name, brief and ads are shown to you. Each agreement is kept with its date and time, the version, the IP address and the browser.

Linksie pages

Your Linksie page at bio.lukat.me is public: it shows your page's name, Instagram picture, intro and links. When someone taps a link, we keep the time and a code that changes every day, made from their IP address and browser, so the same person counts once a day. Their IP address itself is not kept. Advertisers see the taps on their own sponsored link, for their campaign only.

What we never do

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share your listing or results with anyone outside a campaign you agreed to, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your listing is kept while your page is in Billboards. Acceptance records and booking records are kept for 7 years after the page leaves Billboards, because they may be needed to show what was agreed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Acceptance and booking records can only be deleted once they are no longer needed for that purpose. See the data deletion page.
