Billboards terms for page owners
Last updated October 25, 2026
Draft for testing. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and Billboards is not open to page owners.
Billboards lets you offer a page you run on lukat.me (an AI presenter's page, a brand's page, or a real person's digital twin) as ad space. Advertisers book sponsored posts on it, lukat.me makes them, and they are posted to the page. These terms apply on top of the lukat.me terms of service. Version 2026-10-25.8.
1. Who can list a page
- You must be 18 or older and own the page, or be authorized to manage it.
- The page's Instagram account must be a professional account (Business or Creator), connected to lukat.me through Facebook, so posts can carry Instagram's Paid partnership label.
- A page that shows a real person can only be listed by that person, or with their written permission, and they must accept the AI likeness statement.
- An AI presenter's page must show Instagram's AI-generated label on its profile.
2. Your settings
You choose the formats you offer and a minimum price for each in US dollars, the days and hours posts go out, how many sponsored posts a week and how far apart, the categories and brands you refuse, the tone, and what the page never says. Advertisers can only book within these settings. You can change them at any time; bookings already accepted keep the settings they were accepted under.
3. Bookings and approval
- With review on, you see every booking and its ad before it is posted, and you can decline it. With auto-accept on, bookings that fit your settings and pass lukat.me's checks are accepted for you.
- lukat.me checks every ad against your guidelines, the categories that are never allowed, and Meta's and TikTok's advertising rules, and can refuse any ad.
- Advertisers book a sponsored post at least 24 hours before it goes out.
- With review on, you have 12 hours from when the advertiser sends the booking and its ad to accept or decline it. No answer within 12 hours declines it, so the advertiser can book another page.
- An advertiser can withdraw a booking before it is posted.
4. How sponsored posts are made and labelled
- An accepted booking goes on the page's calendar at its booked time, and lukat.me makes the post with AI and publishes it to the page. Every sponsored post carries the platform's Paid partnership label naming the advertiser, the platform's AI label, and the word "Ad" ("פרסומת" in Hebrew) at the start of the caption.
- You may not remove or hide these labels, edit the caption to hide that it is an ad, or ask lukat.me to leave them out.
- An AI presenter never claims to have used or tried a product.
5. Keep-up period and strikes
- Each sponsored post stays published, unchanged, for the keep-up period that applied when it was booked (30 days, 90 days or 1 year).
- lukat.me checks the page every day to confirm the post is still up and its labels are in place.
- Deleting, archiving or hiding a sponsored post before its period ends, or removing its labels, is a strike. The first strike is a warning. A second strike removes the page from Billboards for good, and you will not be paid for the posts that were taken down early.
- Advertisers are not refunded for a post taken down early; lukat.me may recover any payout already made for it.
6. Money
- Advertisers pay lukat.me, never you directly. Never accept payment, gifts or deals from an advertiser for a Billboards booking outside lukat.me.
- You are paid the price you set for each booking. lukat.me's fee (5%) is added on top and paid by the advertiser; it is never taken from your price. How and when you are paid, through which payment provider, will be set out before the first booking, and you will be asked to accept it.
- You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
7. Sharing campaign information
By listing a page, you agree that for every booking you accept, or that is accepted for you, its advertiser sees that post's link and its results on your page (views, reach, likes, comments, shares and saves, and taps on its Linksie link), for that campaign only. Nothing else about your page is shared with them. The advertiser, in turn, agrees for each campaign that its name, brief and ads are shown to you. See the Billboards privacy notice.
8. Linksie
- Each page gets a link page, its Linksie, at bio.lukat.me/ followed by its Instagram handle. You choose what it shows; lukat.me counts the taps on each link.
- If you offer the Linksie add-on, a booking that includes it shows the advertiser's link at the top of your link page, marked Sponsored, from the time its post goes out until the post's keep-up period ends. You are paid the add-on price you set.
- You choose how many sponsored links your link page shows at once, from one to three. When they are all taken for a post's run, advertisers see it and can't add Linksie on your page until one ends.
- Keep your link page in your Instagram bio while a sponsored link is on it. Removing it early is treated like taking a sponsored post down early.
9. Pausing and leaving
You can pause your listing at any time. No new bookings come in while it is paused, but posts already accepted are still made, published and kept up for their full period.
10. Your responsibilities
You follow Instagram's, Facebook's and TikTok's terms and branded content rules, and the advertising laws that apply to you, including Israel's Consumer Protection Law on marking ads. You don't list a page you have no right to list, and you tell us straight away if a page is suspended, restricted or loses its professional account.
11. Changes
When these terms change, the version number changes and you are asked to read and accept the new version before your page can stay listed. Every acceptance is recorded with its date and time, the version, your IP address and your browser.
